I am based in the beautiful Celtic landscape of the Vale of Glamorgan in South Wales. You are welcome to meet me in person at my ‘Red Shed’, in the garden of my home. Location is no barrier for the work I do. I support a global community of women online, this allows us to meet wherever you are.

+ How do I contact you initially?
In the first instance why not contact me via WhatsApp or Signal, that initial chat is so important just to see if I'm your 'fit together'. Pull up a cushion, dial my number and get ready for that feeling of connection. This is a free conversation.
+ Do I need to do anything in preparation for our sessions?
There's nothing at all for you to do in advance. I encourage all of the women I connect with to simply 'come as you are'. It can be nice to keep a journal before we work together, to record your journey. Simply wear something loose fitting, comfy and take off your shoes on arrival!
+ Where exactly are you based for in person sessions?
I'm based in Rhoose, South Wales. I will send you my exact address when we agree to meet in person, alongside directions to find me easily.
+ Does online 'work' as well as in person?
Absolutely! All of the services I offer translate beautifully to online, especially as energy is not limited by physical location. We will build a sacred container and I find that women find it actually more comfortable to share from their own home or space.
