I have lived a long time, which I am eternally grateful for!
I started out on my Spiritual Self Awareness Journey 12 years ago searching for my Purpose, ‘the thing’ everyone talks about, but no one seems to know the answers to! So I understand your longing & desire to find your truth.
We know we have a purpose but it can feel frustrating, as if no one can see us for who we truly are.

My journey in support of women
For more than 30 years I’ve worked alongside women. As a Woman Returners Officer, helping women to return to the workplace after a long absence of caring for their families. As a facilitator for the Positive Mental Attitude Course STEPS, enabling Women to ‘step into themselves’ through the power of the mind.
I knew women were struggling, so I trained and worked as a Counsellor for 15 years to support and aid women in their most difficult times. I realised there was something missing, for all women, including myself. Women were not being heard, there was no real equality. I became sick from disempowerment and disillusionment. Then came the call!
The Knowing
As a child I had always had ‘The Knowing’ - Knowing there was something greater than myself working with me & for me, but it eluded me, I couldn’t quite understand the missing piece.
I began to feel a deep longing to change - my life, my thoughts, my feelings, to be free from anxiety and experience an understanding of Self. I began to travel to learn the secret of Spirituality, Enlightenment, Religion, Connectedness, Oneness?
It began in the Amazon Rain Forest, then Egypt, India & Bali, searching for the one thing or aspect that was missing in me. What couldn’t I see, why couldn’t I feel IT?
Then gradually, through plant medicine, ritual, meditation, connection to Mother Earth & diet I came to realise, Me is all I needed,. Everything is inside Me, & so it is with You. You are all You need.
Learning this understanding and taking this journey to fall in love with yourself will be easy when you get into the ‘Flow’ of life with like minded women, sitting in Sister Circles, sharing, giving, loving in absolute confidentiality.
Sharing your light, sharing your love, sharing your own experience to help others - sisters who are searching like us, to be heard, to be held, to be listened to. When we come together we sit in Sister Circle in peace and harmony, holding space just for you will be a joy.
